Happy 3rd Birthday Sidney!
Three Years and counting is a lot longer than the One Month he was given to live. Here's to a lot more birthdays with my best buddy!
Please tell me how you got him there, healthy and happy. I just rescued a German shep. Fom the animal shelter which I thought was starved to death by a greedy owner to make money fom pups. Then they just starved her for no reason. She is a skeleton. Upon the first day of feeding she bagan vomiting almost fifteen times in one day. Vet told me of the disease. I need to know what was your success! Congratulations and Happy Birthday to your pup. Tammy
Hi Tammy - Sidney had done that many, many times - it really boiled down to persistence with the vertical feeding and our timing and the routine. Feel free to let me know what specific problems you are having and I would be glad to help. Quick responses from people almost instantly are on the Yahoo Megaesophagus Group Forum and the Facebook Megaesophagus Group - stay calm - there are lots of us out there and lots of successes!!!!
Big hugs to you, Sidney!!
